the transitions aren’t working. It is showing an error on the transition same as the missing file error it shows on videos.

All transitions and plugins work just fine. Please make sure you have installed them correctly.

I have found the issue. Please clear your browser cache, restart browser, log back into the website and try again. Let me know how that works out for ya 🙂
I dowloaded final cut pro and I don’t have that file available and when I do what you said and make a new file with the exact same wording and put the transition in it and check final its not there, any ideas?
You are either not adding the folders correctly, not adding the folder extension required, or using an older version of FCP. All plugins have been fully tested and no-one else is having installation issues.
